Roof top remodeling in San Francisco
Complete remodel of the existing roof top in San Francisco has been done to the client specifications. Existing curb wall has been shorten. New custom metal frame has been made and installed in to the wall to provide support for frameless 5 feet tall glass wall. Also to completely enclose the roof top, custom metal brackets have been made to hold the glass wall on the other side of the roof top. Then it was just a matter of installing the play structures and result was beautiful and safe playground for kids to use and enjoy. ...more

Three existing decks have been repaired plus all the damaged siding has been replaced. Decks have been in very bad shape as could be seen from the pictures bellow. Whole structure had to be replaced with new structural components and 2”x6” redwood decking. To repair the damaged siding we have matched the original material and used new cedar siding. ...more
