Customer service means developing communication and trust, which we aim to have on every job. Building a new house or doing a renovation is a big step for most people and we want to make the whole process as easy as possible. We work closely with our customers during every stage of the project so that when things come up during the course of the job, they know they can rely on us. We always return phone calls and take the time to answer any questions and if we don’t know the answer to something, we’ll find it and fast. We listen to our customers and when we give advice, they know that we’re looking out for their best interests. It may sound silly, but we want our customers to be able to get a good night’s sleep.
